As a native of Burlington I am able to give you a home town twist on what our city is all about. My husband, Larry, is a lineman supervisor at Alliant Utilities. We have been married 24 years and have three sons. We enjoy all spectator sports including Burlington's own "Burlington Bees Baseball" team. We enjoy boating on the Mighty Mississippi River, Music Festivals on the river front, a good prime rib at the Iowa Tavern, Chicken Lips at Martini's Bar and Grille, a cold drink from the "Sombrero" and following our son's live, country band, The Walker Brothers.
